In short

How do I stop paying to renew a job post for a role that is already filled?

WebRun watches your Remote OK job posts every Monday. It reads each post's renewal date, automatic renewal setting and application count, drafts a Gmail note asking each hiring owner whether the role is still open, and texts you through Twilio about posts renewing inside seven days.

  • Filled roles get closed before they are charged for another run
  • Every hiring owner is asked the keep-or-close question in writing
  • Renewals inside seven days reach your phone, not just your inbox

Questions, answered

Will it close a job post or stop a renewal?

No. WebRun reads the posts and tells you what is about to renew. Closing a post, turning off automatic renewal, or paying for another run stays a decision you make in your own account.

Does it email or text candidates?

No. The Gmail note is an internal draft to your hiring owner and is never sent on its own. The Twilio text goes only to your own number. Applicants are never contacted.

How much warning do I get before a charge?

Posts renewing inside seven days are texted to you every Monday, and the drafted email lists the renewal date and cost, so a filled role is closed before it is charged for another run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
