Will it start the reefer remotely on its own?
No. WebRun posts the reminder and queues the remote pre-cool command in Fleet.Net, but leaves it for a dispatcher to approve. Starting a unit is a physical action, so it always waits for human sign off.
How far ahead does it plan the pre-cool?
It uses your lead window and each trailer's pull down rate to decide when pre-cool must start so the box hits target before the pickup time. You can widen the lead window in your run settings.
What if the trailer is already at temperature?
It reads the live box temperature each hour, so any trailer already at its load target is marked ready and no pre-cool reminder or command is created for it.
