Automated POD Temperature Chart Filing

Every hour, WebRun opens Wireless Links Fleet.Net, finds reefer loads delivered since the last run, builds each trip's temperature chart, files it in the load's Google Drive proof-of-delivery folder, and logs the link in a Google Sheet so every POD record carries its cold chain evidence without manual work.

In short

How do I attach a temperature chart to each proof-of-delivery record?

Every hour WebRun finds reefer loads delivered in Wireless Links Fleet.Net and builds each trip's temperature chart against its setpoint. It files the chart in the load's Google Drive proof-of-delivery folder and logs the link in a Google Sheet index, so every POD record carries its cold chain evidence without anyone building charts by hand.

  • Every POD record carries its trip temperature chart with no manual work
  • Cold chain evidence is filed within the hour of delivery
  • The chart stays on the internal record, never auto shared with customers

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.wlius.com/fleet-management-system in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Wireless Links Fleet.Net - build the trip temperature chart

WebRun in Wireless Links Fleet.Net: build the trip temperature chart
WebRun opens Wireless Links Fleet.Net to build the trip temperature chart.
    • Open Wireless Links Fleet.Net and list reefer loads delivered since the last run
    • For each load, build a temperature chart across the trip against the setpoint line
    • Annotate the chart with the setpoint, range, and any excursions
    • Capture the load reference, shipper, receiver, and delivery time for filing

Done when Every newly delivered load has an annotated trip temperature chart ready.

  3. 2
Google Drive - file the chart on the POD record
    google.com
WebRun in Google Drive: file the chart on the POD record
WebRun opens Google Drive to file the chart on the POD record.
    • Open the load's proof-of-delivery folder in Google Drive, keyed by load reference
    • File the temperature chart alongside the POD documents for that load
    • Name the file with the load reference and delivery date for easy lookup
    • Skip any load whose chart is already filed so nothing is duplicated

Done when Each delivered load's chart sits in its own POD folder in Google Drive.

  4. 3
Google Sheets - log the POD chart link
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log the POD chart link
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the POD chart link.
    • Open the POD Evidence Index sheet
    • Append a row per load with shipper, receiver, delivery date, and a link to the filed chart
    • Mark whether the load stayed in range for quick reference
    • This index is internal, so it updates automatically for your team

Done when The evidence index links every delivered load to its filed temperature chart.

Questions, answered

Does it send the chart to the customer automatically?

No. WebRun only files the temperature chart on the internal POD record in Google Drive and logs the link in a Google Sheet. Sharing a chart with a customer is a separate step your team controls, so nothing goes out on its own.

How does it match a chart to the right POD?

It keys each load by its reference and files the chart in that load's proof-of-delivery folder, naming the file with the load reference and delivery date, so the chart always lands on the correct POD record.

What if a chart was already filed for a load?

It checks the load's folder each run, so any load whose chart is already filed is skipped and no duplicate chart or index row is created.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
