In short

How can I automatically reorder stock when it hits par level?

WebRun reorders stock the moment inventory touches par level so you never run out. Every hour, it checks NetSuite for SKUs at or below their reorder point, drafts a purchase order for each affected item, and sends you the draft in Slack to approve before anything is ordered - so restocking is fast but always human-confirmed.

  • Stock-outs prevented with hourly par-level monitoring
  • Purchase orders drafted and ready for approval within the hour
  • No order placed without human sign-off

Built for procurement managers · inventory managers · operations teams · retail and wholesale businesses

Questions, answered

Will it place orders automatically?

Never. Every purchase order is saved as a Gmail draft and sits there until you review and send it - WebRun does not click Send on its own.

What if a supplier already has an open order for that SKU?

It checks NetSuite for existing open POs before flagging anything, so you won't end up with duplicate orders for the same item.

Can I set different par levels per location?

Yes - NetSuite supports location-level reorder points and WebRun reads them. Each location's low-stock items get their own draft PO.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
