Questions, answered

Does it change any job statuses or assignments in shopVOX?

No. WebRun only reads shopVOX and posts the digest to Slack. It never modifies a job record or reassigns work.

What if a job has no press station assigned in shopVOX?

Unassigned jobs appear in a separate section at the bottom of the digest so a manager can assign them before the shift.

Can operators on different shifts get a schedule at different times?

Yes. You can run the workflow twice daily at different times, one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift, each posting to a dedicated Slack channel.
