How do I automatically chase customers for artwork proof approvals?
WebRun opens Printavo every morning, finds jobs where a proof was sent more than a day ago but the customer has not approved, and drafts a polite reminder in Gmail for each one. It then posts production a sorted Slack list of art-hold jobs so the team can review drafts and send approvals before press time.
- Jobs waiting on art approval are flagged before they miss the press schedule
- Every customer reminder is reviewed by a human before sending
- Already-approved proofs are skipped automatically from live Printavo data
Built for print shop owners · screen printers · sign shops · production managers

Questions, answered
Will it email customers directly without my review?
No. Every approval reminder is saved as a Gmail draft. A human reviews and sends each one, so customers never receive an unreviewed message.
What counts as an approved proof in Printavo?
WebRun checks for the approval status recorded on the order in Printavo. Any job already marked approved is removed from the hold list automatically.
Can it escalate jobs that are dangerously close to their due date?
Yes. Jobs within 24 hours of their due date are flagged at the top of the Slack list so production staff can prioritize them immediately.
