Track custom orthotic orders from lab to patient delivery

Every morning, WebRun opens the orthotic order tracking sheet in Google Sheets, checks Gmail for lab shipping confirmations and delivery updates, updates each order's status, flags any order past its expected turnaround, and posts overdue alerts to Slack so staff can follow up with the lab.

In short

How do I track custom orthotic orders and get alerted when they are overdue?

WebRun checks your orthotic order tracking sheet in Google Sheets every morning, searches Gmail for lab shipping confirmations, and updates each order's status automatically. Any order past its expected turnaround window triggers a Slack alert to staff, so delays are caught early and patients receive their orthotics on time.

  • Overdue lab orders are flagged before patients start calling to ask about their orthotics
  • Staff spend seconds reviewing a Slack digest instead of manually checking email threads
  • Shipping updates flow automatically into the tracking sheet without manual data entry

Questions, answered

Will it contact the lab or the patient directly?

No. WebRun only updates the internal tracking sheet and alerts staff in Slack. Any communication with the lab or patient is left for your team to handle.

What if we use more than one orthotic lab?

Yes, it can monitor emails from multiple lab addresses. Give WebRun the list of lab sender addresses and it will check all of them each morning.

How does it know when an order is overdue?

It compares the submission date in the tracking sheet against a turnaround threshold you set (for example, 14 business days) and flags anything that has exceeded that window.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
