Questions, answered

Will it post a reply to a review without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts the reply in Google Sheets and flags it for the host via Slack and Telegram, but never posts publicly without explicit approval. The host copies and posts the reply themselves.

Which platforms does it monitor for reviews?

It monitors Apple Podcasts and Spotify reviews. Both are logged to the same Google Sheet with the platform clearly labelled so the host can see where feedback is coming from at a glance.

What does the draft reply look like?

It is a short, warm, on-brand response thanking the reviewer by name where possible and acknowledging their feedback. The host can edit it in the sheet before posting anywhere.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
