No. WebRun only tracks and reports episode stages. Publishing is never triggered automatically. The team uses the Slack digest to decide when to move an episode to publication.
How does it know when an episode is stuck?
It compares the Last Updated date in Google Sheets to today and flags any episode that has not moved stage in more than five days, surfacing it clearly in the Slack digest.
What stages does it track?
It tracks the stages you define in your Google Sheets tracker: in editing, awaiting review, export ready, and ready to publish. You can add or rename stages in the sheet and WebRun will pick them up.
