No. WebRun drafts the scheduling email with time options and the Riverside link, then posts it to Slack for the host to review. The email is only sent after the host approves and sends it themselves.
How does it find available recording slots?
It reads the host's Google Calendar, skips any slots already blocked or booked, and picks up to three open windows during the preferred recording hours set in the workflow.
What if the guest wants to reschedule?
