Questions, answered
What does gross margin include?
It uses your Printful fulfillment cost (base product price plus shipping) subtracted from the retail revenue you collected. Platform fees and transaction fees should be added to your threshold at setup for a more complete picture.
Will it change prices or retire low-margin products automatically?
No. WebRun calculates, ranks, and flags. All repricing or product retirement decisions are yours to make after reviewing the Google Sheets report.
What if a product had no sales last week?
Products with zero sales in the period are listed separately at the bottom of the report so you can see what is dead stock alongside what is active but low-margin.
