By default it looks 48 hours ahead each morning. The look-ahead window can be adjusted during setup to match your practice's reminder preferences.
What if a patient has already confirmed?
WebRun checks each patient's confirmation status in Nextech before drafting a message, and skips anyone already marked as confirmed so you do not double-message them.
