In short

How do I automatically track which marketing channels drive cosmetic consult inquiries?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls last week's consult leads from PatientNow, counts them by source channel such as website, Instagram, or Google Ads, appends a summary row to your marketing Google Sheet, and posts a formatted consult-by-source report to Slack so your team knows which channels to invest in each week.

  • Marketing team sees which channels drive consults every Monday morning
  • Weekly source trend data accumulates automatically in Google Sheets
  • Report contains only aggregate counts with no patient identifiers

Questions, answered

Does it share any patient data outside the practice?

No. The report contains only aggregate lead counts by channel with no patient names, contact details, or health information. It posts only to your internal Slack channel and your own Google Sheet.

What source channels does it track?

It reads whatever is recorded in the lead source field in PatientNow. Common values include Website, Instagram, Google Ads, Referral, and Walk-in. Any source your team logs will appear in the report.

Can it show conversion rates as well as lead counts?

Yes. If PatientNow has a booked status on leads, WebRun can calculate and include a booked-to-inquiry conversion rate per channel. Enable this in the setup configuration.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
