In short

How do I batch-edit product photos in Photoroom right after a shoot?

WebRun checks Google Calendar every morning for scheduled product photo shoots, then opens Photoroom to batch remove backgrounds and resize each shoot's newly uploaded photos with your standard template. It posts a Microsoft Teams update naming which shoots are fully edited, so a finished photo set is ready the same day it is shot.

  • A finished photo set is ready the same day it is shot
  • Every photo gets a consistent background and sizing
  • Missing uploads get flagged instead of discovered days later

Questions, answered

Does it publish the edited photos to my store automatically?

No. It edits and exports the photos to your shared folder. Publishing them to a store or catalog is a separate step you control.

What if a shoot's photos aren't uploaded yet?

It skips that shoot and flags it in the Microsoft Teams update as missing, so someone can chase the upload.

Does every photo get the same edit?

It applies your standard product template, background removal and sizing, to every photo in the batch, so the set looks consistent.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
