Automated Photography Mini-Session Waitlist Outreach
Every morning, WebRun checks HoneyBook for open mini-session slots and active waitlist contacts, drafts personalised outreach emails for the next contacts in line, and posts the drafts to Slack for your approval before any message reaches a client.
How do I automatically fill open mini-session slots by reaching out to my photography waitlist?
Every morning, WebRun checks HoneyBook for open mini-session slots and scans the waitlist for the next eligible contacts. It drafts personalised slot-offer emails in Gmail for each match and posts the list to Slack for your approval, so open slots are filled quickly without you managing the waitlist manually.
- Open mini-session slots are matched to waitlist contacts the same morning they appear
- Personalised outreach reaches the right clients before slots go stale
- No manual waitlist scanning or copy-paste outreach needed

Questions, answered
Will it contact waitlist clients without my approval?
No. Every outreach email is saved as a Gmail draft and shown in Slack for your review first. Nothing is sent to a client until you approve it.
How does it know who is on the waitlist?
WebRun reads contacts in HoneyBook that are tagged or labelled as mini-session waitlist. Set up a simple tag in HoneyBook and it will pick them up automatically each run.
What if a slot gets booked while WebRun is running?
WebRun reads the current availability in HoneyBook at the start of each run. If a slot was filled moments before the check, it will not appear in that day's outreach list.
