WebRun reads contacts in HoneyBook that are tagged or labelled as mini-session waitlist. Set up a simple tag in HoneyBook and it will pick them up automatically each run.
What if a slot gets booked while WebRun is running?
WebRun reads the current availability in HoneyBook at the start of each run. If a slot was filled moments before the check, it will not appear in that day's outreach list.
