In short

How do I clear short-dated pharmaceutical inventory before it expires?

WebRun finds lots inside your short-dated clearance window in rfxcel every Monday, matches each one against customers who regularly buy that SKU in Google Sheets, and drafts a limited-time clearance offer to the top-ranked customer in Outlook for your review. Nothing is sent to a customer until you approve it, so short-dated stock moves before it becomes a write-off.

  • Short-dated stock reaches likely buyers before it becomes a write-off
  • Every clearance offer is ranked by the customer's actual buying history
  • No offer goes out to a customer without your review

Built for pharmaceutical wholesalers · drug distributors · inventory control managers · sales operations teams

Questions, answered

Will it email customers a discount offer without me approving it?

No. WebRun drafts every clearance offer and leaves it unsent in Outlook. You choose the final discount and send it yourself.

How does it pick which customers to offer stock to?

It ranks customers by how much of that SKU they have bought in the past 12 months, so the offer goes to the accounts most likely to take the volume.

What is the clearance window it uses?

60 days by default. Tell WebRun your own cutoff and it will use that instead. Any lot already committed to an existing order is excluded automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
