Automated Pet Vendor Order Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens the Vendor Orders sheet in Google Sheets, compares expected delivery dates to today, flags any purchase orders that are past due, drafts a follow-up email to the supplier in Gmail for your review, and posts a late-delivery alert to Slack so the right person can chase it.
How do I automatically track and flag late vendor deliveries for my pet store?
Every morning, WebRun scans your Vendor Orders Google Sheet for purchase orders past their expected delivery date, drafts a polite follow-up email to each late supplier in Gmail, and posts a ranked late-delivery alert to Slack. Supplier emails are held for staff review so you control the tone and timing of every chase.
- Late deliveries are flagged daily before they cause empty shelves
- Draft supplier follow-ups are ready in Gmail after a single click to review
- The most overdue orders surface first so staff chase the biggest risks first

Questions, answered
Will it email suppliers automatically when a delivery is late?
No. WebRun drafts a follow-up email in Gmail for each late supplier and alerts staff in Slack, but nothing is sent until a team member reviews the message and sends it manually.
How does it know which POs are late?
It reads the expected delivery date from each row in your Vendor Orders Google Sheet and compares it to today's date. Keep the sheet updated with new POs and WebRun will track them automatically from the next morning run.
What if a delivery arrived but the sheet was not updated?
Mark the PO row as Received in Google Sheets and WebRun will skip it on all future runs. It only flags rows that are still in an open or pending status, so a quick sheet update clears the alert.
