Questions, answered
Will it send reorder emails to suppliers automatically?
No. WebRun saves each reorder as a Gmail draft for your review. You check the quantities and wording, then send it yourself. Nothing goes to a supplier without your sign-off.
How does it know when stock is low?
It compares each item's current quantity in Square against the reorder threshold you set. Update the threshold in Square and WebRun picks up the change on the next run automatically.
What if nothing is low that day?
If every item is above its reorder point, WebRun posts a brief all-clear message to Slack and creates no Gmail drafts, so you only get alerts when action is genuinely needed.
