Get terminated worksite employees offboarded correctly

How do I get terminated worksite employees offboarded correctly and on time?
As soon as a termination is recorded in PrismHR, WebRun reads the employee's last day, final pay, and benefits continuation eligibility, then prepares a prefilled offboarding envelope in DocuSign and leaves it unsent for your HR team to review. It pings your team on Telegram with the details the same day, so paperwork never falls behind a departure.
- Final pay and continuation paperwork is ready the same day as the termination
- HR teams review every packet before it reaches a former employee
- No termination sits unprocessed because every PrismHR record triggers an alert

Questions, answered
Will it send the final pay or benefits packet without me?
No. WebRun only prepares the DocuSign envelope and leaves it unsent. Your HR team reviews the prefilled packet and sends it themselves, so no benefits or pay detail reaches the former employee automatically.
Does it include health plan details in what it prepares?
It only prefills the standard continuation election form your client already uses. It does not write any health or medical detail into the packet, that stays between the employee and the carrier.
How does it know if someone is eligible for benefits continuation?
It reads the eligibility flag recorded for that employee in PrismHR, so the packet only includes a continuation form when PrismHR shows the employee actually qualifies.
