In short

How do I automatically notify agents about application status changes each morning?

WebRun checks IRIS CRM every morning for merchant applications whose status changed overnight, groups the updates by assigned agent, and sends each agent a personal Telegram briefing listing their approvals, declines, and pending requests. Agents start every day knowing exactly where each application stands.

  • Agents start every day knowing exactly which applications moved overnight
  • No declined or pending application goes unnoticed until the agent logs in
  • Manager oversight is built in with an optional all-declines summary

Built for payment ISOs · merchant services agents · ISO sales managers · boarding teams

Questions, answered

Does every agent get a message every morning?

Only agents who have at least one status change in their pipeline receive a message. Agents with no updates are skipped so nobody gets empty notifications.

Can it also alert a manager about declined applications?

Yes. During setup you can add a manager Telegram account to receive a separate summary of all declines across the team each morning.

What if an agent's Telegram is not connected?

WebRun will note the missing Telegram link and include that agent's updates in a fallback channel or manager digest so no status change is lost.
