Automated Pawn Loan Renewal Reminders
Every morning, WebRun opens PawnMaster, finds loans whose renewal or interest payment is due within the next five days, drafts a personalized reminder for each customer, and posts the full queue to Slack so staff can review and approve every message before it leaves the shop.
How do I automatically remind pawn customers about upcoming loan renewals?
WebRun checks PawnMaster every morning for pawn loans due within five days, drafts a personalized renewal reminder for each customer in Gmail, and posts the full queue to Slack for staff to review and approve. No reminder reaches a customer until a team member signs off, keeping your shop compliant and in control.
- Loans approaching due dates are caught every morning, not missed
- Every customer reminder is reviewed by staff before it is sent
- Staff spend minutes approving drafts instead of hours composing them

Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to customers without staff approval?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and held for review. Nothing is sent until a staff member opens the draft and clicks Send. The Slack post tells your team exactly which drafts are waiting.
What information appears in each reminder?
Each draft includes the customer name, ticket number, loan amount, interest due, and the due date. Give WebRun a preferred tone or template and it will match your shop's voice.
What if a customer already renewed or paid?
WebRun reads live loan status from PawnMaster each morning, so any loan that was already renewed or paid before the run is skipped automatically and will not appear in the draft queue.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
