Turn lost tickets into approved fee charges
Every hour, WebRun opens Flash Parking, finds exits where the driver was flagged for a lost-ticket fee, drafts the fee as a pending charge in Stripe when the original payment wasn't fully collected, and posts it to Slack for your shift lead to review and approve before anything is charged.

How do I follow up on unpaid lost parking ticket fees?
WebRun checks Flash Parking every hour for lost-ticket exits where the fee wasn't fully collected at the gate, and drafts the outstanding amount as an uncaptured Stripe charge using the garage's max-stay rate. It posts the list to Slack for your shift lead to approve, so every lost-ticket fee gets charged correctly and never without a human sign-off.
- No lost-ticket fee goes uncharged because nobody remembered to follow up
- Every fee is priced from the actual max-stay rate on file
- No card is ever captured without a shift lead's approval

Questions, answered
Will it charge a customer's card without approval?
No. WebRun only drafts an uncaptured charge in Stripe. It stays pending until your shift lead reviews and approves it, nothing is captured automatically.
How is the fee amount calculated?
From the max-stay rate on file in Flash Parking for that garage, applied to the actual entry time on the lost ticket.
What if the driver already paid the fee at the gate?
Those exits are excluded. WebRun only drafts a charge for fees that were flagged as owed but not fully collected.
