Automated PageFly Page Performance Scorecards

Every Monday, WebRun opens PageFly, reads last week's views and conversion rate for every published page, logs the numbers to Airtable, and updates your Notion content calendar with a note on what to test or rebuild next based on which pages underperformed.

In short

How do I get a weekly scorecard of my PageFly page performance?

WebRun checks every published PageFly page each Monday for last week's views and conversion rate, logs the numbers to Airtable with a week over week comparison, and updates your Notion content calendar with which pages should be rebuilt or tested next. Page performance gets reviewed on a schedule instead of only when someone remembers to check.

  • Underperforming pages get flagged for a rebuild every week
  • A running performance history replaces one off checks
  • The content calendar always shows what to test next

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens pagefly.io in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
PageFly - read last week's page performance
    • Open PageFly analytics for every published page
    • Record views and conversion rate for each
    • Compare against the prior week's numbers

Done when Every published page has last week's performance recorded.

  3. 2
    Airtable - log the numbers
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log the numbers
WebRun opens Airtable to log the numbers.
    • Add a row per page with views, conversion rate, and week over week change
    • Tag pages with a meaningful drop
    • Keep a running history per page

Done when Airtable holds a dated performance record for every page.

  4. 3
Notion - update the content calendar
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: update the content calendar
WebRun opens Notion to update the content calendar.
    • Update each page's card with this week's numbers
    • Move underperforming pages into a To Rebuild section
    • Note the likely reason if one stands out, like a slow load or weak offer

Done when The content calendar reflects this week's priorities.

Questions, answered

Does it edit or rebuild the page automatically?

No. WebRun only reads the analytics PageFly already tracks and reports them. Editing or rebuilding a page is a decision your team makes.

How does it decide a page needs a rebuild?

Any page with a meaningful week over week drop in conversion rate gets tagged and moved into the Notion To Rebuild section for review.

Does the history help with more than one week's data?

Yes. Airtable keeps a running record per page, so you can see a trend over time, not just last week's snapshot.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
