Questions, answered

Does it tell the customer if tooling is missing?

No. The tooling list stays internal, logged to your sheet and posted to Slack for the tool room and production team. It never contacts a customer.

How does it know which die a job needs?

It reads the die and tooling requirement recorded on each job in EFI and checks that tool's condition and last maintenance date in the register.

Is it safe to run every morning unattended?

Yes. It only reads job and tooling records and posts an internal alert. Nothing in EFI is changed and no order is affected.
