In short

How do I see each customer's open orders and unbilled backlog in one report?

WebRun builds a weekly backlog report for every customer. Each Monday it compiles open orders by stage from EFI, checks QuickBooks for any completed order that hasn't been invoiced, and logs both into a combined Google Sheets report, so account managers see exactly what's still in production and what's finished but unbilled in one place.

  • Account managers see every customer's backlog in one weekly report
  • Completed orders sitting unbilled surface before they're forgotten
  • No one has to cross-check EFI and QuickBooks by hand

Built for corrugated box converters · folding carton plants · packaging account managers · billing and finance teams

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.efi.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
EFI - compile each customer's open orders
    efi.com
WebRun in EFI: compile each customer's open orders
WebRun opens EFI to compile each customer's open orders.
    • Open EFI and review open orders grouped by customer
    • Capture the order, stage, quantity, and scheduled ship date for each
    • Note any order completed but not yet marked shipped

Done when Every customer's open orders are listed with stage and ship date.

  3. 2
QuickBooks - check which completed orders are unbilled
    • Open QuickBooks and check invoice status for each completed order from the EFI list
    • Flag any completed order with no matching invoice yet
    • Capture the invoice amount where one already exists

Done when Every completed order's invoice status is checked and any unbilled order is flagged.

  4. 3
Google Sheets - log the backlog report
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log the backlog report
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the backlog report.
    • Open the backlog report and append a section per customer
    • List open orders with stage and ship date, and unbilled completed orders with their amount
    • Update the report so it reflects this week's status for every customer

Done when The report holds every customer's open orders and unbilled backlog for this week.

Questions, answered

Does it send anything to the customer?

No. The report is internal, logged to your own Google Sheet for account managers to review. WebRun never emails or contacts a customer as part of this workflow.

How does it know an order is unbilled?

It checks QuickBooks for an invoice matching each completed order from EFI. Any completed order with no matching invoice yet is flagged in the report.

Does it create or send invoices?

No. It only reports invoice status. Creating and sending an invoice stays a task for your team or a separate billing workflow.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
