Automated Outlook Unanswered Email Reports

Every morning, WebRun opens Outlook, finds inbound messages that have had no reply since they arrived, works out how long each has been waiting, posts the ageing list to Slack, and pings the owner in Microsoft Teams for anything past the response time you promised.

In short

How do I find emails that nobody has replied to yet?

WebRun sweeps your Outlook inbox every morning for conversations where the last message came in and no reply went out, then works out how long each sender has waited. It posts the ageing list to Slack and pings the mailbox owner in Microsoft Teams for anything past your response target.

  • Nobody waits days for a reply without someone noticing
  • The longest waiting sender is always at the top of the list
  • Breaches reach the mailbox owner directly, not a group channel

Built for operations teams · customer service managers · professional services firms · shared mailbox owners

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it reply to anyone on my behalf?

No. WebRun reads the mailbox and reports internally to Slack and Teams. It never sends, deletes, or archives a message. If you want a holding reply written, WebRun leaves it as an Outlook draft for you to approve.

How does it know a message needs a reply?

It looks at whether the last message in the conversation is inbound with no sent reply after it, then skips newsletters, automated notifications, and anything on your ignore list.

Can it watch a shared mailbox?

Yes. Point it at any shared mailbox your account can open and the ageing list covers those conversations too, with the owner named on every breach.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
