How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email customers without my approval?
No - every chase email is saved as a Gmail draft and summarised in Slack. Nothing is sent until you explicitly approve.
What if the customer has already updated their address?
It re-checks the Shopify order on each run. If the address has been corrected since the last check, that order is skipped and removed from the chase list.
How long does it wait before chasing again?
It skips any order that received a follow-up in the last 48 hours so customers aren't bombarded. You can adjust the cooldown period in the plan.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
