Questions, answered
Will it cancel or refund orders automatically?
No - it only places high-risk orders on hold and alerts you. Cancellations and refunds always require your action.
What fraud signals does it look for?
It reads Shopify's built-in fraud analysis and layers on your custom rules: address mismatch, proxy IP, multiple card failures, unusual item quantity, and first-time high-value purchases. You can tune the thresholds in the plan.
What happens to low-risk orders?
They are listed in the Slack summary with a 'Low' label and left to fulfill normally. Only medium and high-risk orders are highlighted.
