In short

How can I automatically run a daily standup digest for my team?

WebRun runs your daily standup before your team opens their laptops. Every morning, it opens Asana, collects each person's tasks due today and overdue items, logs the snapshot to a tracking sheet, and posts a digest with blockers and priorities highlighted to your Slack standup channel - so the meeting is already done.

  • Daily standup delivered to Slack before the team logs on
  • Blockers and overdue items highlighted without manual curation
  • Meeting time saved for decisions, not status updates

Built for engineering managers · product teams · remote teams · scrum masters

Questions, answered

Does it replace our actual standup meeting?

It can. Many teams use the digest to cancel the daily call entirely on light days and only meet when the digest flags blockers that need discussion.

What if someone hasn't updated their tasks?

WebRun flags them in the digest as 'no update in Asana today' so the team knows to follow up - it does not assume everything is on track.

Can it cover multiple Asana workspaces or projects?

Yes. Tell WebRun which projects to include and it will pull from all of them in a single digest.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
