Triage Your Shared Inbox & Draft Replies
Every few minutes, WebRun opens the shared Gmail inbox, reads new messages, labels each one by type (billing, complaint, inquiry, other), logs it in a tracking sheet, drafts a reply, and posts the summary to Slack for your team to review before anything goes out.
How can I automatically triage a shared inbox and draft replies?
WebRun triages your shared inbox every few minutes so no message sits unread. It reads each new email in Gmail, labels it by type - billing, complaint, inquiry, or other - logs it to a tracking sheet, drafts a reply, and posts the summary to Slack for your team to review before anything is sent.
- Every inbound message labelled and logged within minutes
- Drafted replies ready for one-click review, not written from scratch
- Nothing sent without human sign-off
Built for customer support teams · operations managers · small business owners · agency account managers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send replies without my team's approval?
Never. Every reply is saved as a Gmail draft and posted to Slack for review. Nothing goes out until a human clicks Send.
How does it decide what label to apply?
It reads the subject and body and matches them against your label rules - billing keywords, complaint language, vendor domains, and so on. You can adjust the rules anytime.
What if the same email comes in twice?
WebRun tracks the message ID in the sheet, so each email is processed exactly once regardless of how often the run fires.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
