What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.hubspot.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Flag accounts with health score below 50, renewal within 60 days, or no touchpoint in 30 days

Done when Each CSM's portfolio is reviewed and flagged accounts are identified.

    • Sort the list with the highest-risk accounts first
    • Include HubSpot links to each flagged account for one-click access

Done when Every CSM has received their personal weekly briefing in Slack before their Monday stand-up.

Questions, answered

Does each CSM only see their own accounts?

Yes - WebRun filters by the HubSpot owner field, so each CSM's briefing contains only the accounts assigned to them.

What if a CSM's portfolio changes mid-week?

The following Monday's run will pick up the updated ownership from HubSpot automatically - no manual config needed.

Can a CSM manager get a rolled-up view of the whole team?

Yes - add the manager as a recipient and WebRun will produce a combined briefing of all accounts across the team, still sorted by risk score.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
