Will it notify the patient about their abnormal result?
No. WebRun only builds an internal worklist for provider review. All patient communication about abnormal Pap results must be initiated by a provider or trained clinical staff member. No PHI leaves the practice automatically.
How does it prioritize the worklist?
It sorts first by result severity, placing high-grade lesions and HSIL findings at the top, then by days elapsed since the result was received. Cases older than 30 days with no follow-up are additionally flagged as overdue.
What if a colposcopy was booked at an outside facility?
WebRun only checks for appointments in Tebra. If a referral was sent externally, staff should mark that row as Referred Externally in the sheet so it is excluded from future runs.
