Automated Notary Commission and E&O Expiry Tracker
Every Monday, WebRun reads your notary roster in Google Sheets, identifies anyone whose commission or E&O insurance expires within the next 60 days, posts an internal alert to Slack, and drafts a renewal reminder email to each affected notary for your review.
How do I track notary commission and E&O insurance expiry dates automatically?
WebRun reads your notary roster in Google Sheets every Monday, identifies anyone whose commission or E&O insurance expires within 60 days, posts an internal alert to Slack with critical cases flagged, and drafts a renewal reminder email to each affected notary for your review. No email is sent to a notary until you approve it.
- No notary is dispatched with a lapsed commission or expired E&O policy
- Renewal reminders go out 60 days before expiry, giving notaries time to act
- Critical 14-day expirations are flagged in Slack so your team can follow up urgently
Built for notary signing agencies · signing service managers · notary agency compliance officers · mobile notary network coordinators

Questions, answered
Will it email notaries about renewals automatically?
No. Renewal reminder emails are drafted in Gmail and left for your review. Nothing is sent to a notary until you approve and send it.
How far in advance does it flag an expiry?
The default window is 60 days, with critical alerts at 14 days. You can adjust both thresholds during setup to match your compliance requirements.
What if a notary has already renewed but the sheet is not updated?
WebRun reads the dates in your Google Sheet. If the updated expiry date has been recorded, the notary is not flagged. Keep the sheet current and the alerts stay accurate.
