In short

How do I get new candidate profiles without rerunning the same search?

Every morning WebRun opens Naukri, runs each saved search for your open roles, and collects the candidate profiles added since yesterday. It drops anyone already in a folder or shortlist, files the new CVs into Google Drive by role, and posts the shortlist to Slack for the recruiter to review.

  • Sourcing happens every morning without repeating the search by hand
  • Nobody already in a folder appears on the shortlist twice
  • Each profile arrives with notice period and location, ready to prioritise

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.naukri.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Naukri.com - run each saved search
    naukri.com
WebRun in Naukri.com: run each saved search
WebRun opens Naukri.com to run each saved search.
    • Open Naukri and run each saved search tied to an open role
    • Keep the candidate profiles added or updated since the last run
    • Capture the current title, experience, location, notice period, and key skills
    • Note the profile link so a recruiter can open the full CV in one click
    • Skip anyone already sitting in a folder or shortlist for that role

Done when Each saved search has produced its new profiles with the duplicates removed.

  3. 2
Google Drive - record profiles per role
    drive.google.com
WebRun in Google Drive: record profiles per role
WebRun opens Google Drive to record profiles per role.
    • Open the folder for each open role and update its sourcing document
    • Add a dated entry per new profile with the details and the link
    • Keep a running list of everyone already seen, so tomorrow's run stays clean
    • Store details only, never a downloaded CV file

Done when Every role document on Drive holds today's new profiles and the seen list.

  4. 3
Slack - post the sourcing shortlist
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the sourcing shortlist
WebRun opens Slack to post the sourcing shortlist.
    • Post the shortlist to the hiring channel, grouped by open role
    • Show experience, location, notice period, and the profile link for each
    • Say which saved search found the person and how many were filtered out
    • Never message or contact a candidate. Recruiters make the first approach

Done when The recruiter has today's sourcing shortlist in Slack, per role.

Questions, answered

Will it contact candidates?

No. WebRun never messages, emails, or sends an interest note to a candidate. It sources profiles and posts them internally, and the first approach comes from a recruiter.

How does it avoid showing me the same person twice?

It keeps a seen list in the role's Drive document and skips anyone already in a Naukri folder or shortlist, so each morning's list is genuinely new.

Does it download CV files?

No. It records the profile details and the link in a role document on Drive. File uploads and downloads are blocked by the run policy.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
