Automated Cerbo Patient Review Request Drafts

Every evening, WebRun opens Cerbo, identifies patients who completed a visit that day, checks for a positive outcome flag set by the provider during the encounter, drafts a short and personalized review request for each qualified patient, and saves those drafts in Gmail for front desk staff to review and send the following morning.

In short

How do I automatically ask naturopathic patients for reviews after their visit?

WebRun reviews Cerbo every evening for visits completed that day where the provider flagged a positive outcome. It drafts a short, personalized review request for each eligible patient in Gmail and queues those drafts for front desk staff to send the following morning. No message goes to a patient without explicit human approval, and no clinical information is included.

  • Satisfied patients receive a timely, personalized review request the morning after their visit
  • Staff spend seconds approving ready drafts instead of manually identifying candidates
  • No review request is sent without explicit front desk sign-off

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to patients without staff approval?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. Front desk staff review each draft the following morning and click Send. No patient receives a review request without explicit human approval, and no clinical details are included in the message.

How does WebRun know which patients are satisfied?

It looks for a positive outcome flag or a review-eligible note that your provider sets on the encounter in Cerbo. You configure exactly what that flag is during setup, for example a custom encounter tag or a visit status field.

Can it send to Google, Healthgrades, or another platform?

Yes. During setup you provide the direct review link for whichever platform you want to grow, such as your Google Business profile or Healthgrades page, and WebRun inserts that link into every draft.
