Questions, answered
Does the report include patient names or visit details?
No. The report only shows aggregate hours and utilization percentages per provider. No patient names or clinical details appear in Slack. All patient-level data stays inside Cerbo.
What counts as available hours?
WebRun reads each provider's scheduled working hours from Cerbo, including any blocked time or leave they have marked. Available hours is the total open appointment time, so the utilization percentage reflects real capacity.
Can it compare utilization across multiple weeks?
The weekly Slack post covers the prior week by default. For multi-week trend data, you can route the report to a Google Sheet instead, where each week's numbers are appended as a new row for longer-term analysis.
