Will it notify the patient about their abnormal results?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack worklist for providers. Any result disclosure or follow-up communication to the patient is initiated by your clinical team, never automatically.
How does it decide what counts as abnormal?
It reads the high, low, and critical flags that Cerbo receives directly from the lab. No value is reclassified by WebRun. Cerbo supports 40-plus lab integrations, so this covers both standard and functional panels.
What if a result is already reviewed?
If your provider marks the result as reviewed in Cerbo, it will not appear in the next morning's Slack digest. The worklist only surfaces unreviewed results from the past 24 hours.
