What threshold triggers a flag?
You set the threshold. Common settings are any variance above $10 for a quick-service location or above $25 for a full-service restaurant. WebRun flags only locations that exceed your chosen amount.
Does it flag overages as well as shortages?
Yes. Both shortages and overages are flagged if they exceed the threshold. An overage can indicate a counting error or a reconciliation issue just as much as a shortage can.
Will it take any disciplinary action or notify the employee?
No. WebRun only reports the variance to your management channel. Any follow-up with employees or stores is handled entirely by your management team.
