Keep the floor and customer service aligned on kitting status
Every 15 minutes during shift hours, WebRun opens DDI Inform, checks every open kitting order for a stage change, and posts the production floor's Teams channel a live status update on what just finished, what's in assembly, and which kits are running behind schedule.

How do I automatically track kitting order status from DDI Inform?
WebRun checks DDI Inform every 15 minutes during shift hours for kitting orders that have changed stage, then posts the production floor's Microsoft Teams channel a live update on what just completed, what is still in assembly, and which kits have slipped past their target time, so the floor and customer service always work from the same status.
- The floor sees a kit's status change within 15 minutes, not at the next shift meeting
- Behind schedule kits get flagged before the ship date is missed
- Customer service can answer a status question without walking to the shop floor

Questions, answered
Does it move kits between stages itself?
No. WebRun only reads the stage each kitting order is already in inside DDI Inform. Moving a kit forward still takes an assembler updating the order.
Will it post an update even when nothing has changed?
No. It only posts when a kit's stage has changed or it has slipped past its target completion time, so the Teams channel does not fill with repeat noise.
Can customer service see this too?
Yes. Add customer service to the same Teams channel and they get the identical live status the floor sees, so they can answer a customer's status question without calling the shop.
