Automated Floify Pipeline Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Floify, reads the milestone stage and deadline on each active loan, counts how many files sit at each stage, logs the snapshot in Google Sheets, and posts the team a Slack digest of the pipeline by stage with the loans nearing their deadline called out.

In short

How do I get a daily loan pipeline digest by milestone stage?

Every morning, WebRun opens Floify and groups every active loan by its milestone stage, from application through closing. It logs the day's counts in Google Sheets and posts the team a Slack digest showing how many files sit at each stage and which loans are nearing their deadline, so the day starts with a clear picture of the pipeline.

  • The whole pipeline is visible by stage every morning
  • Deadline-risk loans surface before they slip
  • A dated snapshot tracks how the pipeline moves week to week

Built for loan officers · mortgage teams · branch managers · processors

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in Floify?

No. WebRun only reads the pipeline to build the digest. It groups active loans by milestone and notes deadlines, but it never moves a loan, changes a stage, or messages a borrower. The digest is read-only reporting.

What does the digest show?

A count of active loans at each milestone from application through closing, plus the files nearing their deadline. Tell WebRun which stages matter most and it orders the digest so the team sees the bottleneck first.

Can the team get it somewhere other than Slack?

Yes. The digest can post to Slack, go to Telegram, or land in your inbox. The dated snapshot is always logged in Google Sheets so you can track how the pipeline moves week to week.

Put this on autopilot.
