No. WebRun only drafts each milestone update in Gmail and leaves it unsent. The loan officer reads every message and clicks send, so nothing reaches a borrower without a person approving it first.

How does it know a loan reached a new milestone?

It reads the milestone stage on each loan in Floify every morning and compares it against yesterday, so only loans that actually advanced get an update drafted. A loan that did not move is left alone.

Can the updates sound like our team?

Yes. Give WebRun a sample update or notes on tone and it drafts each message in your voice, naming the milestone reached and explaining the next step in plain language the borrower understands.
