Healthie Automatic Renal Diet Follow Ups

Every Monday, WebRun opens Healthie, checks every renal diet client's most recently logged labs against their potassium, phosphorus, and sodium targets, books a follow up visit on Google Calendar for anyone outside range, and drafts a personalized diet adjustment email in Gmail for your review before it goes out.

In short

How do I keep renal diet plans updated as new labs come in?

WebRun checks every renal diet client's latest potassium, phosphorus, and sodium labs in Healthie each Monday, books a follow up visit on Google Calendar within 2 weeks for anyone outside their target range, and drafts a personalized diet adjustment email in Gmail, left unsent, so the RD reviews every change before a client sees it.

  • Out of range labs get a booked follow up within 2 weeks instead of waiting for the next routine visit
  • The RD reviews a drafted adjustment instead of writing one from a blank page every time
  • Clients already scheduled are never double booked

Questions, answered

Will it change a client's diet plan on its own?

No. It only drafts a suggested adjustment based on the new lab value for the RD to review, edit, and send. The care plan itself is only ever changed by the RD.

How does it decide a lab is out of range?

It compares the new result to the target range already set in that client's Healthie care plan, so the threshold is whatever the RD prescribed.

What if the client is already booked for a follow up?

It checks the existing schedule first, so a client with an upcoming visit already on the calendar is not double booked.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
