Sonio Automated Charge Capture Sweep
Every night, WebRun opens Sonio, reviews the day's finalized ultrasound reports, finds any exam without a CPT charge captured for billing, writes each gap to a Google Sheets worklist with the missing code, and posts the billing team a short Slack recap so no exam goes unbilled.
How do I catch unbilled ultrasound exams before the day closes?
Every night, WebRun opens Sonio and compares the day's finalized ultrasound reports against the CPT charges captured for billing. It writes any exam missing its charge to a Google Sheets worklist with the expected code and posts your billing team a Slack recap with the daily count and value, so no exam goes unbilled.
- Unbilled exams surface the same night instead of at month-end
- Billing works a ready worklist with the expected code already noted
- A nightly total shows the revenue at risk from missed charges
Built for maternal-fetal medicine billing teams · MFM practice managers · prenatal imaging centers · revenue cycle staff

Questions, answered
Does this submit charges or bill anyone?
No. WebRun only builds an internal worklist and posts a Slack recap for your billing team. It never submits a claim or posts a charge, so your billers decide what to bill from the list it prepares.
How does it know a charge is missing?
It reads each finalized Sonio report and checks whether a CPT charge was captured for handoff. Exams with no code, or a code that looks mismatched to the exam type, are flagged so a biller can review them.
Is it safe to let it post to Slack on its own?
Yes. The recap is an internal message to your billing channel with patient initials only and no clinical detail, so it can post automatically. Anything patient-facing would always be drafted for review instead.
