How does it pick the interval and the slot?
It reads each pregnancy's last growth scan date and the ordered follow-up interval in Sonio, then finds an open slot inside that target window on the scheduling calendar. You set how far ahead it looks in the plan.
What about patients already booked for their next scan?
They are skipped. WebRun checks the calendar for an existing future growth scan before holding a slot, so it never double-books a pregnancy that already has its next appointment.
