In short

How do I track high-risk surveillance visits so none are missed?

WebRun opens Sonio each morning, reads each high-risk pregnancy's surveillance protocol, computes when the next study is due, and checks Google Calendar for a booked visit. It then posts the MFM team a Slack list of pregnancies overdue or unbooked, ranked by how far behind they are, so no high-risk patient goes unwatched.

  • High-risk pregnancies falling behind are surfaced every morning
  • Coordinators see only the gaps, since booked patients are filtered out
  • Surveillance stays on protocol without a manual chart-by-chart review

Questions, answered

Does it contact high-risk patients directly?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for your MFM team. It never messages a patient, so your coordinators decide who to call and book from the gaps it surfaces each morning.

How does it decide a pregnancy is overdue?

It reads each high-risk protocol's cadence and the last surveillance study date in Sonio, computes the next-due date, then checks the calendar for a booked visit. Anything past due with no appointment is flagged. You set the cadences in Sonio.

Is it safe to auto-post this to Slack?

Yes. It is an internal message to your MFM channel using patient initials only and no diagnostic detail, so it posts automatically. Nothing patient-facing is ever sent without review.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
