Automated Mercado Libre Question Replies
Every hour, WebRun opens Mercado Libre, finds questions posted on your live listings that nobody has answered yet, drafts a reply for each using the listing details and current stock, logs them to Airtable oldest first, and texts you so the buyer gets a human answer fast.
How do I keep up with unanswered buyer questions on my listings?
WebRun checks your Mercado Libre listings every hour for buyer questions with no answer yet. It logs each one to Airtable oldest first with the listing, the stock, and a drafted reply, then texts you through Twilio, so a shopper is not left waiting while a competitor answers.
- Waiting questions surface within the hour instead of at end of day
- Every reply arrives pre-written, so answering takes seconds
- Nothing is posted publicly until a human approves it

Questions, answered
Will it post answers to my listings on its own?
No. Every reply is written and left as a draft in Airtable. Answers on Mercado Libre are public and permanent, so a human reads and posts each one.
How does it write the suggested reply?
From your own listing: the description, price, shipping terms, and current stock. Give WebRun a tone or a couple of past answers and it will match how you normally write.
What about questions I already answered?
They drop off. WebRun re-reads the live question list every hour, so anything you have answered since the last run is skipped and never queued twice.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
