In short

How do I automatically track time limited clinical privilege expirations?

WebRun checks symplr every Monday for clinical privileges granted on a time limited term, such as moderate sedation, that expire within 60 days. It logs each one to a Google Sheets tracker and pre-fills the renewal request in DocuSign without sending it, so your medical staff office always has a ready to route form before a privilege lapses.

  • No time limited privilege lapses because the 60 day window is checked every Monday
  • The privilege tracker gives department chairs a ranked list of what needs renewal first
  • Each renewal request is pre filled in DocuSign and ready to route as soon as it is approved

Built for medical staff office coordinators · credentials committees · department chairs · hospital privileging teams

Questions, answered

Will it send the renewal request to the provider automatically?

No. WebRun only prepares the DocuSign renewal request and leaves it unsent. Routing it to the provider for signature stays a decision for your medical staff office.

What counts as a time limited privilege?

Any privilege symplr tracks with its own expiration date, separate from the full reappointment cycle, such as moderate sedation, robotic assistance, or a proctored procedure requiring periodic revalidation.

What if a privilege was already renewed at reappointment?

It reads the live expiration date from symplr each Monday, so a privilege already renewed or extended during reappointment is updated automatically and drops off the urgent list.
