In short

How do I shortlist new job applicants every morning?

Every morning WebRun signs into Manpower, reads the candidate applications that arrived overnight, and matches each one to the open job orders you are trying to fill. It posts a ranked shortlist per role to Microsoft Teams and sends a short Telegram summary, so recruiters know who to call first.

  • Recruiters start the day with a ranked call list per role
  • No overnight application waits a day to be read
  • Roles that drew nobody are visible the same morning

Built for staffing agencies · recruiters · talent acquisition teams · branch managers

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Questions, answered

Will it contact or reject candidates on its own?

No. WebRun only reads applications and posts an internal shortlist to Microsoft Teams and Telegram. Every call, email and rejection stays with your recruiters.

How does it decide who goes to the top?

It compares each application against the requirement on the job order it was submitted to: role fit, location, availability and how far the candidate has already moved through the interview stages.

What if a role got no applications overnight?

The role still appears in the Teams post, marked as having drawn nobody, so a quiet requisition is visible the same morning rather than at the end of the week.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
