Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Malt, reviews every proposal you have sent and every mission in progress, records the client, the value, the stage, and the days since the last exchange, updates your Notion pipeline page, and moves each Trello card into the stage the deal is actually at.

In short

How do I keep track of all my freelance proposals in one place?

WebRun reviews your Malt proposals and missions every Monday, recording the client, the value, the stage, and how many days each thread has been quiet. It updates your Notion pipeline page with the total value in play and moves every Trello card into the stage the deal is really at.

  • The real value in play is known every Monday morning
  • Threads quiet for over 10 days are surfaced for a follow-up decision
  • Notion and Trello stay in step with Malt without manual updating

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it message clients or send a proposal?

No. WebRun reads your Malt threads and reports where each deal stands. It never replies to a client, never sends or edits a proposal, and never accepts or declines a mission on your behalf.

Does it change my rates or availability on Malt?

No. WebRun never edits your profile, your day rate, your availability, or any mission record. It only reads what is there and writes the picture into your own Notion page and Trello board.

How does it decide a deal has gone quiet?

By the date of the last message on the thread. Anything with no exchange for more than 10 days is marked as needing a follow-up decision, and you can move that threshold to suit your sales rhythm.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
