Automated Mail.ru Payment Receipt Reconciliation

Every morning, WebRun opens Mail.ru, finds new payment and order receipts, checks Gmail for the same receipt in case it landed in both inboxes, matches each one against the running Google Sheets ledger, and flags anything that doesn't have a matching row.

In short

How do I reconcile Mail.ru payment receipts against my ledger?

WebRun checks Mail.ru every morning for new payment and order receipts, cross checks Gmail so the same receipt is never counted twice, and matches each one against your Google Sheets ledger. Anything without a matching row gets added and flagged, so no payment slips through unrecorded.

  • Payment receipts get matched against the ledger every morning
  • Duplicate receipts across two inboxes are caught automatically
  • Missing entries are flagged instead of silently going unrecorded

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens e.mail.ru in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Mail.ru - find new payment receipts
    • Open Mail.ru and find new payment or order receipt emails
    • Capture the amount, date, and payer or vendor for each
    • Skip anything already reconciled on a prior run

Done when Every new receipt this run is listed with its details.

  3. 2
Gmail - check for a duplicate receipt
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: check for a duplicate receipt
WebRun opens Gmail to check for a duplicate receipt.
    • Search Gmail for the same receipt by amount and sender
    • Note if the identical receipt also landed there
    • Mark duplicates so they are not counted twice

Done when Each Mail.ru receipt has a duplicate check result from Gmail.

  4. 3
Google Sheets - reconcile against the ledger
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: reconcile against the ledger
WebRun opens Google Sheets to reconcile against the ledger.
    • Match each receipt against the ledger by amount and date
    • Add a row for any receipt with no matching ledger entry
    • Flag rows in the ledger that have no matching receipt email

Done when The ledger and this run's receipts are fully reconciled.

Questions, answered

Does it pay or confirm anything on its own?

No. WebRun only reads receipt emails and compares them against your ledger. It never sends a payment, confirms a transaction, or replies to anyone.

Why check Gmail as well as Mail.ru?

Some receipts get sent to more than one inbox. Checking both stops the same payment from being logged twice in the ledger.

What happens when a receipt has no ledger match?

It gets added to the Google Sheets ledger as a new row and flagged, so you can review it rather than it going unrecorded.

Put this on autopilot.
